Surge Command Center is the private dashboard The Surge Agency uses to run marketing for our home services clients. It lives at command.thesurgeagency.com. This page explains what it is, who uses it, and what it does with Google data.
Command Center is where we manage the work we do for each client. It pulls their leads, calls and ad results into one place so we can see what is working, follow up on every lead, and report results back to the client.
Only Surge staff connect or manage Google accounts in Command Center. It is an internal tool. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public, and there is no public sign-up.
With each client's permission, Command Center connects to the following Google services on that client's behalf:
We use this data only to run that client's campaigns, track their leads and report results back to them. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
Command Center can't see a client's Google Ads or Business Profile data until someone with access to that client's Google account approves the connection on Google's own consent screen. We only connect to accounts that have been authorized this way.
Clients can revoke access at any time, either at myaccount.google.com/permissions or by emailing privacy@thesurgeagency.com. When a client disconnects or asks us to, we delete the Google data we stored for them.
Our privacy policy covers how we store, protect and share Google user data, including our commitment to Google's Limited Use requirements. Our terms of service cover the services we provide.
