Sam's family came from El Salvador. Mario's came from Brazil. We watched our parents build real businesses with their hands. This page is the short version of ours.
The short version

Building is the family business.
Sam's dad was a master builder. Homes, kitchens, brickwork. His brother runs a custom home building company in Maryland. Mario's family built everything they had from scratch, the immigrant way. We started like you did: small jobs, word of mouth, no safety net.

We spent a decade building for everyone else.
Software used by millions of people. Full operating systems inside businesses doing $1M+ a month in regulated retail and multi-location hospitality. SOPs, staff training, tech stacks, the whole marketing engine. Not advising from a slide deck. In the building, accountable for the number.

Then we watched the trades get sold junk.
Templated sites. PDF reports nobody reads. 12-month contracts. Roofers and HVAC owners paying real money for work nobody would sign their name to. It's the same trap our parents got sold, in a different language.

So we built the agency we couldn't find.
The Surge Agency opened in 2026. Hand-coded sites, not templates. Live dashboards, not PDFs. Month to month, everything in your accounts, you own it all. The trades division is new. The builders behind it are not.
